Who owns my street?
Every property in England & Wales owned through a company is on a public register — and since 2016 the register of who is behind each company is public too. We joined them. Type a London street and see its ownership, situation by situation.
How did we build this?
We joined ten years of land and company registers — and found 4,000 owners breaking the law. Read the investigation.
Who owns London? →Gaffon is a free way to sell and find homes.
Covers property owned through companies (homes owned by people in their own name aren't on these registers). London demo — England & Wales to follow.
Street totals, not addresses: the addresses in the register carry Royal Mail rights we can't republish. For one specific property, the land register sells the title for £7.
