Why lists like this need checking: an earlier draft showed “Carriganarra +38%” as the fastest-growing area. On inspection, Carriganarra is a townland of Ballincollig and nearly all its register entries are one new housing estate selling in phases — the cheaper phase sold first, the dearer phase second. Nothing there got 38% more valuable, so we removed it. We check every outlier the same way.
